I made this Wow Wow Wubbzy cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. All the work was so worth it to se the look on her face when she saw the cake.
Wubbzy is a flat sugar image made of Royal Icing and Color Flow Mix. I basically took one of her coloring books, but a picture of Wubbzy underneath parchment paper, and traced it with Royal Icing. I let that dry for 24 hours and then filled in the yellow part using Color Flow Mix. Be sure to make at least 5 copies of each piece you are making, as these things break very easy. My husband thought they were cookies and ate one!
The figurines around the cake are toys (Kooky Kollectibles). Very hard to find, but I was able to buy a lot of them on Ebay. I used the Wilton Ball Pan to make Wubbzy's ball (yes, there is cake in there!).
I'm upset that forget to add my daughter's name to the second layer. It looks empty. I rushed out the house and forgot the fondant letters. But, overall, I'm happy with the final product.
