I made this cake for a young lady's 33rd birthday. Her best friend wanted me to create her name out of cake. The K is red velvet, the I is vanilla with strawberry filling, and the M is carrot cake. I carved the letters freehand after baking each in a 10" pan. All are covered with Marshmallow fonant and the black deocrations are done with Satin Ice.
