Lufthansa Cake / Birthday Cake

I made this cake for my husband's co-worker who turned 30. He loves his job and is proud to work for Lufthansa, so I wanted to incorporate Lufthansa's logo on the cake. I cut out the bird free-hand from rolled fondant using a sharp knife.
